The college is in the process of redesigning its Computer Services web site.  All technical related sites will have the new look and feel of this page.  Please be patient while this site is developed.  Send questions and comments to Clint Bucco, Director Computer Services at cbucco@jmail.umd.edu.

Starting in the fall 2005 semester all students and staff will need user IDs and passwords to login into any computer in a lab.  Students accounts will automatically be generated from class rosters.  A student's directory IDs will be used as their user ID and their default password will be their university ID.  Click here for more information.

The college will be updating it's ENPS servers on May 16 and 17.  The server OS will be updated to Windows 2003 and ENPS will be updated to the latest version,  version 4.5.  During the upgrade all ENPS services will be unavailable.

All spring 2005 related projects will be deleted on May 31.  Please backup all projects and dump your media to tape before the 31.  Contact Grace Gyemfi in the newsroom for assistance.
