Q. How do I override my SPAM settings or add additional filters?

A. If a message that you want to receive is being detected as SPAM, you can you can override your SPAM settings and tell the server that you want to receive this message.  You can also setup additional filters to automatically take action on your incoming messages.  To setup exceptions or new filters, login into the User account self management site . Once you have logged in, click on the  button.

Use the form to add exceptions to your SPAM settings or to add new filters.

For example the form above is set to add a filter that will allow mail from support@chasebillpay.com.  To add this filter/exception press the button.

This will add the filter/exception.

You can use the filters to accept, vanish and bounce mail.  You can also use filters to move or copy a message to another mailbox or forward to another email account.

To delete a filter, check  the filter you want to delete and press the button.

Press the button when you are done using the User account self management site.
